 STARTING WEDNESDAYS SEPTEMBER 15 th...   MIDWEEK DANCE PARTY IN OUR ELEGANT UPSTAIRS  BALCONY ROOM.  SINGLES & COUPLES  30s AND OVER. SOCIAL DANCE.TO DISCO,LATIN,R&B,BLUES, JAZZ,  BALLROOM,ROCK N ROLL,SWING JIVE AND MORE  WEDNESDAYS 8 TO 11 meet new friends with like minded people in a newly refurbished venue with the best music, licensed bar and huge  private car park. £5 at the door.  Dress up or smart casual. DOORS OPEN 7.30PM

 

 

SALSA :  WEDNESDAYS- Downstairs club room. Beginners and first timers at 7.30. Are you new to salsa?  dont worry, you will have a seperate class to get you aquainted with the steps before going into the beginners class. Intermediate class starts at 8.30 followed by our social till late in our downstairs latin club room £6 all night. 

 

 

KIDS/TEENS HIP HOP/STREET DANCE : This class has become so popular that we have split it up into different age groups... Age up to 9 years  SATURDAY AFTERNOONS  at 2.30 to 3.30.   Ages 10 and upwards SATURDAY AFTERNOONS at 3.30 to 4.30  with our professional dance teachers.  $4.50 which includes tea/coffee for Mums/Dads who can stay or return after class (depending on age of child) just turn up at 2.20 with younger kids or 3.30 for the older class. No upfront payments or contracts required just pay as you dance. One family member  only to accompany child if possible please as our spectator area is getting full. We will be starting some after school classes soon also. ** these dance classes will run all the way through the summer holidays.

 

 

 

ZUMBA:  MONDAYS 7pm,THURSDAYS 7.30pm and SATURDAYS 2.30pm . OUR ZUMBA CLASS GOT SO BIG WE HAVE ADDED EXTRA CLASSES. and will be adding more very soon.We have different insructors with their own routines, styles and personalities bringing more variation and more fun to our classes.    Our venue is fully AIR CONDITIONED with huge private car park .This is a dance excercise class with Latin moves, belly dance, merenge , reggeaton and so much more for male and female of all ages but you do not need to know how to dance. Zumba is extremely popular in the United States and is now sweeping the UK.It's a great way to loose weight, get fit, have fun and it's so good for lifting the spirit, no wonder the Zumba slogan is 'ditch the workout join the party' !!  No need to pay expensive fees at a gym to take this class. 1 hour long £4.50 no booking needed or upfront payments, just dress for a workout, come along and let loose. We  serve healthy deliciouse smoothys  to help with your 5 a day or you might fancy a refreshing drink at our licenced bars.

 

SMOOTH JIVE: MONDAYS  Tom and Jo teaching smooth jive to blues, soul,latin,jazz,funk, R&B, motown and pop.  Doors open 8pm. beginners class starts at 8.15 to 8.40.Intermediate class starts at 9.10 to 9.35 followed by freestyle until late £6 all night.
